Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with your haunted purchases is our top priority. If your items aren’t quite what you expected, our return policy is here to help. Please review the following guidelines for all returns and refunds.

Returns Window:

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date. No exceptions will be made for late returns.

All returned merchandise must be in pristine, resellable condition, sealed in its original packaging. Opened or used items, including costumes, makeup, and decorations, cannot be returned for hygienic and safety reasons.

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are considered final sale and cannot be returned. This includes all merchandise related to Halloween and other holidays.

Refund Process:

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item(s), including shipping and handling fees. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Once your return is received and passes inspection, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to be posted to your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

Defective or Mis-Shipped Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately. We require photos of the item’s condition. We will not be able to process a claim without this documentation. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping costs, once we’ve reviewed the issue. Please do not send back damaged items unless explicitly asked to do so. We will provide a prepaid label for any incorrect items that need to be returned.

Lost or Stolen Shipments:

If your package tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find it, please wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. We also suggest you check with family members or neighbors. If the package still hasn’t appeared, contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim. Refunds for lost or stolen packages will only be issued after the claim is processed and approved by the carrier.
